About Us
We are are an organization focused on animal rescue. Due to legal constraints with our affiliation with Texas A&M University, we cannot physically rescue animals, so we instead focus our efforts in volunteering and fundraising to provide assistance to rescues and shelters. We encourage our members to adopt or rescue pets of their own, or to help by fostering pets until they find their forever home.
We also focus heavily on pet ownership and care education in the community. We hold regular education presentations for the Girl Scouts troops in the BCS community to teach them about proper pet care for a variety of animals - including reptiles!
We have two meetings each month that take place on Tuesday nights at 7pm in the Veterinary School where members can learn about some of the many rescue organizations in Bryan-College Station. We invite members to bring well behaved and vaccinated pets to most of our meetings.
